Made-to-Order Products

Every item sold by 3rd Ave Prints is made to order — produced specifically for you after your purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We strongly encourage you to review our size charts carefully before ordering. Size charts are provided on each product page with measurements in both inches and centimeters.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — at no cost to you.

To request a replacement or refund for a defective order:

1. Contact us at hello@3rdaveprints.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Approved claims will receive either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method, at your preference.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After that window, the order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@3rdaveprints.com with your order number.
