How long does setup take?
Two weeks from discovery call to live storefront, in most cases. Faster if your brand assets are already in good shape; a bit longer if we’re building the brand identity from scratch.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
No setup fee. No long-term contracts. Plans are 30-day rolling. Cancel any month with a single email — we’ll export your store data and hand off the Shopify account if you want to take over yourself.
What if I already have a Shopify store?
We can take over an existing store, audit what’s there, and rebuild the parts that aren’t working. Same pricing tiers apply — you don’t pay extra for migration.
What if I want to take ownership of the store later?
That’s the goal for some clients. The Shopify store, domain, and brand assets are always yours. We can hand off the keys at any time and stay on as a printing/fulfillment partner if you want.
What products can I sell?
Tees, hoodies, polos, hats, bags, mugs, magnets, koozies, performance wear — basically anything in our catalog. We add new products on request and source custom blanks for Growth and Enterprise tiers.
Do you handle customer support for orders?
Yes. Order issues, returns, and customer questions all route to us. You only get involved if a customer is asking about your brand specifically (a partnership, a feature request, etc.).
Can I see examples of stores you’ve built?
Yes — we’ll walk you through 2–3 active client stores on the consultation call. We don’t list them publicly out of respect for client brand integrity.
What does “AI-generated product copy” actually mean?
Our team uses Claude AI to draft product titles, descriptions, SEO meta tags, and feed data — then a human edits before anything goes live. You never get raw AI output on your storefront. It’s a productivity tool, not a replacement for craft.
