Welcome — thanks for landing here. This is the spot where we’ll talk about what we make, the people we make it for, and the parts of running an apparel printing operation that don’t make it onto a product page.
Who we are
3rd Ave Prints is a family-run apparel printing operation. We’ve been at it for years — screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and DTG — printing on premium blanks from Adidas, Under Armour, Columbia, Champion, Gildan, and Comfort Colors. Every order is made to order in the United States. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be sold; nothing gets thrown out at the end of a season.
What we actually do
We work three lanes:
- Consumer apparel — tees, hoodies, hats, and accessories for individuals and gift buyers. The drops you see on TikTok and Instagram. Made to order, shipped fast.
- Enterprise ordering — embroidered staff uniforms and printed merch for restaurants, bars, teams, events, and organizations. From 5 pieces to 25,000.
- Chief Apparel Officer (CAO) — for brands that want their own apparel business but don’t want to learn a tech stack to run one. We build their store on Shopify, run it with Claude AI for content at scale, and handle printing and fulfillment end-to-end.
Three lanes, one printing operation underneath all of it. We use the same press to print your one-off graphic tee and your bar’s 250-piece staff polo refresh.
What this blog is for
- Drop announcements. When a new design lands — especially seasonal or culture-driven drops — we’ll talk about it here first.
- Real customer stories. Restaurant chains refreshing staff uniforms, startups outfitting onboarding kits, influencers launching merch programs.
- Practical guides. Embroidery vs. screen print, how lead times actually work, which brand blanks fit which projects — the questions buyers ask, written up so you can self-qualify before you fill the form.
